Production Log Pre Production Evaluation

This week, I have had to apply the finishing touches on pre production. I have made some final documents on the work that I had to do. These documents were as follows

After having 4 weeks to get together my contributors, I have made a list of the contributors that said they would be happy to take part in my illegal music downloading documentary. However there were some people that could not contribute because my topic was out of their knowledge, this included a organisation called Apple. On the other hand contributors such as, Radio one presenter, illegal downloader and PRS are happy to help. I am sure that these three contributors would give me a lot of information to do with my topic as one of them is a consumer, while the other two are involved in the music industry making my question relevant to them.

I definately think that the contact list is the most important piece of work there is as it can clearly indicate who is willing to contribute willing information to my documentary, I also think that it makes my documentary so much more viable as I can now go out to various contributors in different locations and film them.

I also sent an email to one of my contributors to thank them for the interview that I did with them and they have replied back to me telling me that they were happy to contribute to my music downloading documentary and that they wish me all the best for my future production.
